In March of 2017, I relocated from Boston to California and originally planned to keep my condo in the Brewery Lofts in Jamaica Plain which had served as my primary residence for the last 9 years. However in October 2017, I made the decision to sell and quickly returned to Boston to make arrangements. On October 25, 2017, I was referred to Sarah by my next door neighbor, who was coincidentally also planning to sell her unit. I contacted Sarah and explained that I was concerned about her ability to simultaneously market 2 adjacent units with identical floor plans. However, Sarah impressed me with her detailed familiarity with virtually every unit and sale in Brewery Lofts in the last 10 years. She quickly identified the characteristics that distinguished these two units and created a marketing plan and asking price that reflected this. She masterfully orchestrated an open house for both units in less than 10 days resulting in multiple offers for my unit at asking price. (I understand that my neighbor's unit was also sold.) At the buyer's request, Sarah expedited our closing on November 28th, only 34 days following our initial phone conversation. Sarah guided me through the entire process, staying in constant contact, responding immediately to problems or questions, making sure that every 'i' was dotted. Sarah was recommended to me by my sellers agent. It was my intent to sell my current condo & relocate closer to Boston- using Sarah as a buyer's agent to help me find the right place. Two very different real estate markets- the one I was coming from outside 495 north of Boston- to the inside 95- Boston metro area.
