Sarah Talcott

Sarah is one of those individuals which is doing exactly what she was born to do for a profession. Everything always flows smoothly, and creates the best possible outcome for all involved when you’re being directed and guided by such an individual. :) In looking for a home in this insane 2021 CO sellers market, I had a lot of desires. Sarah never squashed my dreams but allowed me to stay grounded. She was optimistic but realistic, and she guided us well to shift focus when things weren’t aligning for our needs. Her focus, enthusiasm, determination, reassurance, and knowledge on all things market AND home supported our peace of mind. She’s intuitive and knowledgeable in sales, and her problem solving skills helped us understand all things, clearly. She was assertive with searching — but calm, and SO approachable and kind. Sarah is professional but light-hearted and fun, and I now call her my friend. We found our dream home within several months with Sarah’s guidance.
