Sasha helped us both sell a home and find a new home in the summer of 2019 (when there were literally the same 10 houses on the market for about three months with very little new options each week). He knew all the right people for home staging, repairs, inspections, lenders, insurance companies, etc. And he handled our home sale almost entirely on his own while we were out of the country from the day we put it on the market, to the open house, to coordinating receipt and responses to three separate offers (no doubt in large part to his assistance in staging the house), and scheduling and coordinating the closing within a few days of our return.Sashas service level was, as many have said, above and beyond. Painless. Really professional, and really enjoyable. He then patiently showed us every available house in three different neighborhoods, really took the time to understand our needs, and found us the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood for our new home.
