Sasha is very knowledgeable about the Phoenix metro-area, and certainly the East Valley area. I noticed her realtor's sign at a neighborhood home which sold in record time. She was very patient with me while I got my house ready to put on the market, and answered an endless litany of questions from me (my first time selling a house). I showed her a list of things I was thinking of doing, and she guided me on what items would be worth it, and which were not. Some things are okay to do in preparation for selling a house; others are best left to your buyer's preferences. No question was a dumb question, and Sasha was always available. I particularly liked her strategy of multiple open houses on the weekend after listing my house--it was very efficient and sold it quickly! She's seen a lot in her many years of real estate, and she brought that experience to work for the sale of my house. I highly recommend Sasha to anyone in the Phoenix metro area looking to list!

Sasha did an amazing job of selling my elderly father's home in Chandler. Even though I was from another state, she made it easy for me to market and sell the home, even though I sold it in a complicated sale to a relative. She is tenacious and very professional and works hard to get the job done. Plus she is easy to deal with and always keeps in good communication. I highly recommend her excellent services!

Sasha was great. Ive known Sasha since 2005. She helped us purchase our house and now it was time to sell our house so of course I called her. The selling of my house was a personal and emotional event for me. Sasha made it very easy. She knew what we needed to do to get it ready for sale and she helped me get those things done. Sasha held an Open House and within two weeks we were under contract. I had told her that I hoped it would sale within the month and it did. I do recommend Sasha for all your Real Estate needs. We were lucky to find Sasha at a open house we dropped in on while on vacation. She was so nice and personable, and followed up with a phone call a few days later. We were looking to relocate to Chandler; we were dead set on living in that city. Sasha showed us a number of places we had found on line, and suggested we look at Ahwatukee, we had never heard of this city. I did a search on line (we were living in CA at the time) and received an email from some other realtor with a place that had just hit the market. We had to come out to AZ for business, and called Sasha last minute to see if she could show us the house on a Sunday! She made arrangements, and showed us both homes we had provided her with, we made an offer that day, and with Sashas help had signed the papers by end of day Monday! We love how friendly Sasha is, she doesn't feel like a realtor, she immediately feels like a friend, and the level of trust that she provides, makes the whole home buying process a fantastic experience.
