I have known Scott for 15 years, and was pleasantly surprised to run into him again when we moved to Arizona. One of the difficulties of selling real estate has to do with the differing opinions of the couple. Another is that desires change over time. Additionally, market conditions change. Scott was able to keep all this together as we spent the better part of two years attempting to buy a home, with the third offer being a charm. The negotiation after acceptance of the offer showed me his skill set in a way I had not seen previously. He was able to do all this in such a way so as to keep us concentrating on the home(s), and not on him. He facilitated, advised, counseled, pushed at the right times and pulled back at the right times. I recommend him unconditionally

Scott started the year off by finding my wife her dream home. Happy wife, Happy life they say. He stayed on top of the other agent to ensure we were getting everything we expected. I have purchased 100 plus homes in my life time and have never had one go as smooth as this one. Thanks Scott for the Happy Life. We then purchased a few months latter a Lot in the Mesa Area which will house 4 Accessible Homes for individuals with Disabilities. Scott did an excellent job at the negotiations. He was able to get us the price we needed along with the carry back terms which sealed the deal for us. We look forward to building the homes and having Scott list them for sale.
