    • I found Scott to be the consummate professional. His depth of knowledge and understanding of the process as well as the human element were exceptional. In real estate it is not unusual for agents to lie or shade things a bit but Scott is a straight shooter. He challenged things for my benefit when he knew it was right even if it potentially was not to his benefit. I knew I could trust his advice. He knew sources for so many things he was very valuable to us. He did everything we discussed in our initial planning session and was able to offer knowledgeable guidance to help us make decisions and then worked to make our choices happen. Sold my house and got us the price we needed.

    • Scott was absolutely fantastic throughout the process of helping us purchase our first home. From beginning to end, he went above and beyond what is typically expected of a real-estate agent. We moved from NYC to Westfield, NJ, and knew very little about the area. His knowledge about the neighborhoods, local vendors, schools, etc., proved to be invaluable to us. My advice is: Dont waste your time with the Really Nice Gal who is the niece of your neighbors hairdresser. Scott is a solid competent experienced professional who will never leave you thinking around 1:00 a.m., , jeez, maybe I should have gone with.

    • Professional. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Scott is without question one of the best realtors out there! He played a critical role in my fiance and me finding our dream home in Clark, NJ. When we first met Scott, we sat down for 3-4hrs and talked about everything we were looking for in a house. He walked us through the entire process, letting us know what to expect throughout the journey. When it came to finding the perfect home for us, he sent us daily emails with every house on the market that fit our specific criteria. After compiling a list from those emails, we went and looked at the houses. He guided us the entire way. After searching in Princeton, Chatham, & Short Hills we didn't see any one fit our taste, requirement and budget. So we tried Westfield, and we saw only one house. Scott was the listing agent and he presented his work very nicely. Scott made the process go very smoothly. He is very professional, and knowledgeable. Even my 12 year old son liked the way he does his business. You can ask any question about house. He has all resources to help you. He is kind to give help even after we moved in the house. Scott is the one who knows the business and your objective and can get it worked out. We didnt know him before, now he is our friend after we bought the house.     • Picking Scott Gleason as our realtor for the sale of our old Victorian home in Westfield was probably the wisest thing that we did in the entire 21 years that we owned the property. He not only developed a top notch strategic plan encompassing timing, location, value and market variables, he also provided us with tactical help on an ongoing basis. Through his team he made sure that our home was in tip top condition and was represented in the most efficient manner, and best possible way both to realtors and potential buyers. There is no doubt in my mind that his work, relentless and always focused, was worth more than his commission.
