Unfortunately we recently endured the most disappointing and unethical Real Estate experience we have ever encountered. Scott Graden lured us in to an online description of a property without full disclosure of the issues waiting for us. When we brought our issues to Scott's attention they were received with aggression and dismissal and even personal retaliation. We feel completely taken advantage of and hope no other customer ever receives the poor treatment or unsatisfactory customer experience given to us. Knowledge, expertise, responsiveness, negotiation skills all 100% inadequate.
