We are in a "seller's market", and you will often be competing against multiple buyers. My job is to ensure we submit a clean, competitive and appealing offer. That starts with ensuring you are pre-qualified by a reputable lender, that we understand the sellers motivations (is it timing, a lease-back opportunity, price, etc.), and that our contract communicates that we are ready and willing to move forward promptly and professionally. I'm a military veteran, and understand the unique challenges our military face when buying and selling. I also have over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry as an owner, investor and property manager. My experience is backed by strong academic credentials applied to systems and market analysis.
