Sean was born and raised in Jacksonville and attended high school at Bartram Trail in St. Johns County. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2012 with a business degree and moved back to Jacksonville to attend the University of North Florida to obtain an MBA in Finance. While in school he developed a passion for everything real estate, with a focus on developing a residential investment portfolio and flipping luxury beach homes. Sean started investing in real estate the very next year right after graduation and started 'HomePoint Investments' and has been buying and selling properties ever since. Sean has held a Florida's real estate license for eight years in the state of Florida and has developed a passion for helping others find their first homes, dream homes, sell their home or build their own portfolio of income producing real estate, to flipping homes!
