Sean was great from day 1, he sent us exactly what we wanted, worked with our inconsistent schedules and found us the perfect home in a crazy market in under 30 days.

Sean was the first agent to respond to my request sent through Zillow to see a particular home. We were only in FL for the months of Jan and Feb and didn't start looking for a property until the end of January. He was very responsive in answering my emails and phone calls and in showing us the properties we were interested in seeing when we needed to see them. He also suggested properties to look at that I might not have seen in my own searches and ran comps for the homes we were interested in. When he wasn't available his partner assisted us with obtaining access to and looking at homes. Once we decided on which property we wanted to make an offer, he drew up the contract quickly and presented it to the seller and the contract was negotiated and suggestions made by him until we got an agreement. Since we had to go back to our home the end of Feb he assisted us obtaining, meeting with and allowing access to the property when necessary, such as for inspections. He was very accommodating and we would definitely use him again for any future properties we might wish to purchase or recommend him to anyone we know that might be looking. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
