Shane Ferguson

Shane Ferguson is a self-motivated, customer service-driven and goal-oriented individual. After growing up in the heart of the Hill Country in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, he went on to pursue a collegiate athletic dream at Texas Lutheran University. After his football career finished, he attended the University of Texas at San Antonio studying finance with a concentration in real estate development. Throughout his adolescence he was surrounded by some of the finest real estate properties in Texas and gained a true passion for the business. After working with an agent to find his current home, Shane realized that his background and service experience would mesh well in this industry. Shane has worked for some of the highest rated hotels and restaurants in the area and uses the unexpected to go above and beyond for his clients. When he is not busy with real estate Shane spends time with his girlfriend Megan and their dogs Winny and Rufus. He spends as much time as he can golfing or on a lake or beach, but his true passion is grilling for his friends and family.
