- Shane and I connected, but did no business
I’m not sure what we did to this guy but he gave us zero respect from the start. Acted like a know-it-all, telling us we won’t do better for our money than a house we didn’t like. He was not prepared at all for the house tour, gave us zero information beforehand like our new realtor already did. He acted like he knew the most we could afford when we never gave him that number (we wanted to try to see what we could get for less than our max). I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. A simple zillow search could do what he did for us- nothing.
