Even though we visited the same property for so many times he didn't show me any negative attitude. Amazing person with marvelous personality. I truly appreciate both Nihad and RE/MAX. However, with each road block we came across you were more than on top of finding a solution to every issue you encountered in a timely and professional manner which we were more than grateful for. Your communication with us about updates with the selling process was more than helpful to keep our nerves calm and appreciative knowing we were making forward progress. A few years back we had debated trying to sell the house on our own but after seeing all the work and hoops to jump through we were sure glad we never attempted to do that and were thankful to have a professional like yourself with experience to sell our home for us. Again, we couldnt be more pleased with your hard work and dedication with the sale of our home in Polk City. Finding a buyer who could close on time and make a cash offer was more than what we couldve hoped for and your hard work does not go unnoticed by us. I highly recommend working with Victoria and Ismael Borges. Throughout the whole process they made us feel at ease. At the beginning, they helped us get our home ready to hit the market and gave us pointers on how to stage our home. Victoria was very knowledgeable on the latest trends for home staging and Ismael knew what to look for around my home that might set us back on the inspection portion. The Torres team office were very efficient with booking tours and any appointments. They were on top of all the paperwork that was needed to be signed. When we started looking for our new home, they were very patient with us and I personally didnt feel rushed at all. They took their time to get to know our preferences in our own home search and didnt make me feel like I was wasting their time. If I were able to move again, I will definitely use them again!!

Trevor Gearhart, who is a member of the ReMax Torres team, is doing a great job as our Real Estate Agent!! He found current listings that we were interested in and he worked around our schedule to schedule property showings. He was alert to homes that were just listed and got us showings right away so that we could have the earliest opportunity to look at them. If we wanted a second look at a property, he also was happy to schedule those. He was very helpful during the showings and he explains things very well. He is very knowledgeable and does research which also helps. He was tuned in to any hesitance we may have had on something and strived to make sure that we were satisfied. He helped us find our new future home and he explained all the forms and paperwork to us. We were able to electronically sign which was great! He comes readily to the inspections and takes notes for us. We love working with Trevor and will continue to work with him and ReMax in selling our current home. Overall the team was great to work with! We started our search in mid-April, found the home we wanted mid-May and closed a month later. The team worked quickly to keep up with our pace. We wanted to be in a neighborhood before school started and they made it happen. They were very thorough with the offer process and our agent would give us a heads up of the documents that were coming with an overview of what they were so we could quickly sign. The only challenging thing we experienced was our agent taking vacation and we didnt have a backup agent. We tried calling the office a few times to have an agent help show a house and couldnt get ahold of anyone. The house we wanted went on the market around noon on a Friday and we had missed out on prior homes so we knew we needed to tour and put an offer in quickly. We had our lender update our pre-approval right after we saw it go on the market. We knew the listing agent so we had to contact him to get in for a tour because we couldnt reach anyone from our team. We were able to see it at 4 through him and had an offer placed around 7 pm so the Torres team was able to come through quickly to help with the offer (I think our agent even updated the documents while on vacation which we appreciated very much). The rest of the process was incredibly smooth and they helped negotiate a few repairs that came up on the inspection that we werent even thinking about asking for (because we wanted the house that badly). A bonus was after closing we received a credit to help with some of our moving expenses! It was a nice surprise. All in all, we were very pleased!

A huge thanks to my realtor, Patrice, for her unbelievable service during my recent home purchase! I moved to Iowa from Minnesota and was concerned with how to find a place while living 7 hours away. Her true commitment to me as a buyer really shown through once we got to the inspection/appraisal phases.
