- Shannon helped me buy a home
Shannon was great. She helped me discover the area and was always down to see a house on a whim, and was always excited and engaging during the showing. She helped me when I was vacillating on everything I wanted and supported me when things didn’t go the way I wanted. She was also very fast with offer paperwork and negotiations with all the homes we were interested in. I will use her services when I either buy or sell again.
Shannon was and is AMAZING! I cannot express how wonderfully helpful Shannon was throughout the entire home buying process. We moved from out of state and Shannon really helped us navigate the area and find our perfect home buying locations. Shannon was very attentive to our needs and found homes to view that fit perfectly within our budget, location, and style preference. I appreciated her enthusiasm, professionalism, and her friendly Southern Charm that made me feel immediately at ease. She even helped my mom find a rental in the area within a weekend! Kudos to her for everything; a Godsend ????
