I'm not sure there are enough positive words to describe our experience with Shannon. She's kind, funny, relatable, and genuine in everything she does, and her work reflects this immensely. We began the search for our first home online with sites like Zillow, and reached out to her brokerage to get connected with an agent. We were matched with Shannon thanks to her experience with first time buyers and her expertise in the local market. From the day we met her to the day we closed (and beyond) she continuously exceeded our needs and expectations. ANY questions, concerns, or opinions we had about homes, financing and the process itself, I knew I could trust her to guide us and offer input at every step. We never imagined purchasing our first home could be as easy and enjoyable as it was, and we owe that credit to Shannon!

We don't even know where to begin with describing how amazing Shannon was! She is trustworthy, very personable, friendly, and she was always available (not sure when she slept). She went above and beyond to make sure we found the right house. She is very intelligent and educated in knowing the ins and outs the real estate world extremely well. She is a sharp negotiator with sellers and knows how to get the best for her clients. If you are looking for someone that you can trust and will have your family's best interest at heart, this is an easy decision. She is hands down not only the best at her job, but an even better person. We can not say enough nice things about her, and our overall experience was amazing. She made it very easy and manageable for us. We would use her a thousand times over without any doubt!
