Shanon Voce

Great agent. She went above and beyond to find me what I was looking for. She is knowledgeable in all areas around jacksonville but she is Jax beach specialist. She found me what I was looking for when no one else's could. Give her a try.

Shanon was amazing to work with. She provided patience, urgency, and helpful advice and guidance throughout our entire home buying experience. We believe she is the reason our experience felt flawless and we got our dream home thanks to her!

House on market for 6 hours and had offer. Helped me buy House in one day. Very helpful with the paper work and closings. Was very good at trying to locate a temporary living arrangement. We were working against some very bad weather and personal family health issues. Shanon was great and hung in there

We used Shanon on the sale of our house and as the agent on our new house. Absolutely the best experience ever!! Very professional and knowledgeable concerning all aspect of both transactions. She kept the process on track and provided great advice throughout. Always available and responsive to all questions and concerns.

Shanon is the true meaning of customer service. She has immaculate character and listens to understand. She communicated our whole transaction in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the Real Estate Market. Thank you, Shanon, for a great experience. You ROCK!

Shanon is a 5 out of 5 in all categories. We presented her with a very difficult "wish list" and the task of making me feel comfortable with moving from my hometown of Amelia Island. She went above and beyond in every aspect! She is knowledgeable of the Jacksonville Beach area and surrounding areas, where we wanted to be. She was always responsive, professional, honest, and quite honestly worked harder than any realtor I have ever met and I have some great friends that are realtors. Her passion for this profession is obvious. I would never use another realtor regardless of where and when we buy again. Hands down, the best you can get for buying or selling real estate.

Shanon and her team are truly amazing!! We loved working with her and are enjoying life in our new home!! You guys rock! Thank you for making our home buying process so smooth and enjoyable!

There was not a single aspect of our selling and buying experience that Shanon and her team didn't take care of. They are beyond professional and really do desire for you to find the perfect "forever home". Thank you Anchor Realty for helping us find the perfect home. We appreciate you SO VERY MUCH!!
