I used Sharetha to help me sell my first home (my beloved townhome). From the day that I contacted her she was extremely professional, communicative and attentive to my needs. During our initial meeting she was able to take pictures of my home for the listing and she presented me with her market analysis as a means of selecting a proper list price. We decided to test the market and list my home above the comparables due to the upgrades that I had and we ended up with multiple offers at or above list price (which was over $30K above the historical neighborhood comps) in just 2 full days on the market. She was also able to refer me to a great realtor in the new area that I was relocating to. I would use her a million times again!

We had done the buying a new house thing before with another company. It was not an absolutely horrible experience but there were things to be desired. With Sharetha, it was just different.
