Sharon Cantin

We worked with Sharon Cantin Starting in October of 2008, we were looking to relocate down to the Palm Harbor/Trinity area, and met Sharon through a friend who lives down here. Sharon was fantastic to work with, and Sharon is professional and was willing to invest the time we needed to find our home. We made a couple three trips down to look at houses, and the communications we had with Sharon to select homes to see and to coordinate the viewings during our trips was excellent. We looked at many homes, and did find our perfect home, thanks to Sharon. Closing was a snap, and Sharon has business contacts to tend to your every need to help[[ your buying process. Would I recommend Sharon, absolutely, 100% yes. We are completely satisfied with Sharon Cantin.

Sharon did a great job showing us houses in the areas we were considering. We were moving from Illinois and felt that we were in good hands. She was very knowledgable and responded to our questions and concerns promptly. We looked at ALOT of houses and Sharon never rushed us. Plus, we enjoyed her company. I would definitely recommend her.

Sharon understood exactly what I was looking for in a home and we were able to close within 31 days of finding the property and negotiating. From beginning to end everything went smoothly. Her experience made the buying process easy and went off without a hitch. She listens and goes above and beyond to make the process easy and less stressful. I am now enjoying my house and I owe a lot to her!!
