I have had the luxury of meeting Sharon many years ago when she did a great job in helping me find the right home here in the Valley and that experience was the reason I have stayed in contact with her knowing that she can help friends and referrals with the same stellar service in addition to helping me out again in the future. When it came time to sell that same home 14 years later Sharon's advice on timing and general consultation was priceless. Sharon took the time to visit with me and provide honest feedback about my home and her suggestions I know helped the sale. She listed my home up for sale and it sold within days, one day after my open house. I could not have asked for a better result. The professionalism from both her and Arizona Home Group was awesome. I wouldn't ever use any other realtor or group for any future endeavors and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants an honest, intelligent, professional and experienced realtor to help them with both purchasing or selling a property. Sharon helped us find our perfect home in Phoenix five years ago when we relocated across the country. Her knowledge of the areas of the East Valley helped us choose the best location for our family. The service provided by Arizona Home Group, and specifically Sharon Coffini, was the absolute best you could imagine. From the very first connection with Sharon to the closing of our home purchase, we were treated with the utmost of respect and honesty. This was our first home purchase, and Sharon walked us through it with ease.We were understandably concerned, since we are residents of Canada and were purchasing a home out of country. The procedure was definitely different from that in Canada, and without Sharon, we could not have navigated our way through it. Sharon made the whole process an easy procedure, explaining each step along the way in simple, easy to understand terms. Our main concern was dealing with a home purchase from a distant location, but each of the necessary approvals and signatures were easily handled electronically. We flew down to Arizona where Sharon showed us three homes that we were interested in. We made our choice, submitted an offer, and returned to Canada three days later. From that point on, Sharon handled everything, from dealing with the sellers agent, to counter offering, to final walkthrough and closure of escrow. We returned to Arizona a week after closure, picked up the keys from Sharon, and are now enjoying our new winter home.We would highly recommend Sharon Coffini and Arizona Home Group to anyone considering a home purchase in the metro Phoenix area.
