I have recently purchased a condominium in Newport Beach with the help of Sharon Paxson from HOM Sotheby's International Real Estate Agency. I have only praise for the work she put in order for this transaction to be completed. I had recently sold a rental property that was out of state and derived a financial gain that had a large capital gain tax attached to it.
