Highly unprofessional realtor. Said she could provide services that she knew she couldn’t or weren’t reliable like people she personally knows. When we brought this up at a meeting where she was trying to have us sell our home way under value (over 12% per other realtors a) she began to try and reprimand us and wag her unsanitary finger in our faces as we were sitting on the stairs. Never took accountability and had to almost be forced to leave our home after we expressed our discomfort in her tone and whole demeanor. She never took the time to properly search for comps. Very unprofessional and unreliable wouldn’t recommend her to sell my dog house.

Shaun illegally rented an unhabitable unit to me, after the first week I paid her $750 , she immediately requested another $750 from me and when I denied it she went and cut the power to the house and then two days later put a notice to vacate on the front door of the unit she's renting me. During all of this I have attempted to communicate with her and she's been very unprofessional and childish she blocked my phone number so I can't even contact her which is ridiculous because she's my landlord. She also doesn't know Texas property codes very well because on this notice she gave me one day to vacate the property. Texas property code laws state she has to give me at least 3 days from the notice I'm not even a realtor and I know that. I would not recommend anybody doing business with Shaun or renting from Shaun.
