And the lockbox, allowed me to continue about my day never worried that I need to be there to let people in. Selling my condo of 16 years was definitely emotionally stressful. It was great to have a partner like KW to take on the logistical stresses. They were always very flexible and understanding of my personal schedule. Lastly, I couldn't be happier with the result! Two asking price offers after one week on the market and a closing that was smooth.
