can't say enough positive things about David Hulka who gives new meaning to "professional" in Real Estate professionals. He had an asking price within 5 minutes of walking in my house (he missed the appraised value by $100). Very impressive. David did some pre-marketing while I was in the process of moving out and as a result, we sold the house 3 days after the listing became active. David is very personable and high energy which is very much appreciated. We have conducted 99% of my home sale by the long distance which I thought might be a problem but David took care of everything and kept me updated throughout the process. He even suggested repairmen which saved me a lot of money. He is extremely knowledgeable with excellent communication skills so issues with HOAs and transferring solar leases are not a problem for him. David is the only real estate professional I spoke to and I'm sure glad I did. I had no hesitation in hiring him and if I could give him more than 5 stars I definitely would. Annie helped me sell my first house and made the experience very good and seamless.. It was my first house and it was where my kids grew up. Annie was able to sell it quickly while being helpful and kind. I felt so comfortable with Annie that I referred her to my son and his wife when they bought their first house. They are now on their second home after getting a large Equity settlement from the first sale. After working with Annie, I do not consider her just a real estate agent, I consider her a friend.

Lisa did a lot for me in selling our home. She was so good about getting things done as far as work that was needed for the home since I was far away. She was on top of it all. I had a few times when it was hard to get a hold of her but other than that no complaints.
