David Hulka is a real estate agent that was able to list/advertise our rental property and have qualified tenants move in only about a months time frame. David was able to list the property on the MLS, write a custom lease agreement, show the property, vet applicants and collect the deposit and first months rent. David provided valuable feedback, on the property and lease agreements, which were based off of years of experience. Hopefully the tenants remain in the property for several years, but once they decide to move out, I will definitely be using David Hulka again.
