I have had the unique pleasure of dealing with Ms. Carver for several years. I can say unequivocally, she is the most professional, most thorough, real estate person in the business. My experience had to do with a "short sale" which literally, had several buyers, which in turn the so "called bank" kept dragging their feet on. Thanks to Sheila's tenacity, she kept the process alive and finally the project was closed. Without Sheila's GRIT it would have gone into foreclosure. I currently use Ms. Carver's experience to consult with (being out of state) on different issues, because of my high esteem for her common sense, and intellectual opinions. Sheila IS THE "BEST!"

Sheila Carver helped us through a difficult time when selling my parents' home. Her advice on how to sell it quickly was very accurate. She was always responsive to phone calls, emails, and text messages. I liked that she always kept us informed about everything that was going on behind the scenes of the process. We had a contract on the house before it even got the sign in the yard, thanks to her networking and aggressive marketing.

I was so afraid to "Short Sale" my house, as not much was not known about Short Sales. What would happen to my credit, how would the IRS tax me?. I had asked Accountants and Bankers and no one seemed to know much. And it appeared that many people were afraid of this unknown type of sale. Sheila was the most knowledgeable person I had talked to. Sheila was the most educated regarding Short Sales that I found. She was on top of it all. Sheila would send me links to a website for every question that I had. If I had heard something negative from people, I would generally call Sheila. Being unemployed and with no other income but unemployed compensation, with a child in college, almost any negative rumor would set me off. It was unbelievable how patient Sheila was with me. How she took the time to listen to me and help me to decipher what was true or false. I had an offer within 1 week of listing my home and my bank approved the first offer. All was ready to go within one month. I had to request a two week extension to find time to find a place and move out of my home. Again, Sheila to the rescue, she filed the papers and requested an extension for me immediately. I was told by my bank that I would receive $1,000.00 to help me move at closing. Again, Sheila to the rescue, the attorney at closing advised me that because of the type of loan I had that I did not qualify for the $1,000.00. Well there was Sheila with her folder and every document pertaining to my loan. And she produced the document immediately advising that I was to receive this money. And Sheila even dropped the Check off at my new home the night of the closing. I wish Sheila would go to Medical school, it would be nice to have a Doctor I could trust this much.

This real-estate agent is the best in the business, if you want your house sold, she's your agent! Sheila is about business, independent, smart, organized, highly skilled at her craft; she sets goals and obtains them. My house was listed and sold in 2 months. In my case it was a short-sale, which is technical in its process, but Sheila handled it smoothly and efficiently and Most Important professionally. Excellent customer-service kept me abreast of everything going on; answers your questions, completely, honestly and swiftly; alleviating a lot of anxiety during this difficult time period for me. Again, if you want your house Sold she's your Agent! I could go on and on with positive traits for this agent but there is only so much room! Thanks Again! Sheila.
