- Shelby listed and sold my home
Would not recommend to anyone. Did not know market values of homes in my area. Recommended we sell our house for 450k and we thought that was to low and listed for 485k. It sold in two days and feel it was still priced to low. Got the impression that he wanted t oj make a quick sale so he would make his money. He did nothing. The house sold itself. When I told him what I wanted to sell for he resisted but it was our home and we insisted on 485k. As it turned out that was probably to lie to.
