I have been a full time Realtor in Fort Collins and Loveland since I started in 1976. I truly enjoy being an advocate for my clients, and that is why I became a Buyer's Broker in 1991. I represent my clients best interests at all times!
By design, I take very few listings. Some websites rate Realtors based on the number of listings they have taken, which is not a valid way to rate a Buyer's Broker. I am also selective about how I work, and value quality over quantity. I make sure that I always have time for my clients, and only work with a very few at a time.
