Sheri Andersen is best! She is very knowledgeable and was responsive to our needs which included the selling of our home in coordination with purchasing a home out of state. She worked diligently with the out of state agent who commented on her pleasant demeanor & dedication. She also sold a piece of bare land for us. We highly recommend her & would use her again without a moments hesitation if needed.

I could say all the standard stuff, like good with people, hard worker etc. But, probably more to the point. I am a retired Coldwell Banker agent that did very well. In other words, I know a good agent when I see one and demand and expect the qualities I see in Sheri.

We used Sheri as our realtor to purchase a unique home in Atascadero, CA. She was the perfect choice for us. She is smart, attentive, professional, available, and fully understood what we were looking for. (She also has a very pleasant personality!). What made her exceptional was that she went out and previewed potential homes for us before she showed them to us. This way we did not spend any time looking at homes that would not be considered by us. This saved us a lot of time and frustration.
