We were so blessed to be able to work with Sheri on the selling of our house, as well as, the buying of our new home. She gave us great insight and tips to selling our house, and her honest opinion when we had multiple offers as to which offer was the best one for us to consider. The same is true when we bought our new home, she gave us her honest opinion about which house would fit our needs best and pointed things out that we didn't even consider when we were looking. She made sure we were not getting cheated and that everything was legal. Sheri attended our closings alongside us helping us understand everything. I had a wonderful experience working with Sheri throughout the process to find my preferred rental home in Grand Rapids. The statement which really stands out for Sheri is responsiveness. Often, Sheri would respond to an email inquiry within minutes of sending her a question. If she didn't know the answer she would check with someone who would have the answer and get back to us. She also did an excellent job explaining the offers for the house, which aided in our decision making. She also kept us informed of any changes in the final offer we accepted.

This market is insane right now! Sheri was tireless in finding houses that matched my criteria and getting offers in that were competitive. Houses here were getting 30-50 offers on them but thanks to Sheri, I nabbed one at only my 2nd attempt. She's responsive, dedicated, and takes care of her clients. Thank you so much!
