Sherri listed my home in Scottsdale. She was very helpful in some light' remodeling suggestions. She was very thorough in the pricing of the home. There were 2 open house events when she found the buyer! She helped navigate the way through escrow and the signing. Sherri was used by my partner to see his home in Glendale the year before. It was there that I saw her help with staging advice. His house had an offer the same day it went on the market. She is quite experienced at selling homes quickly.

Overall, working with you was a great experience, you were responsive to our needs and empathetic of our questions and concerns. Im not sure if there is anyone that has a better knowledge and understanding of the central Phoenix (specifically Squaw (can I say that) Peak area). I truly believe your experience of the historical and current pricing is what helped us sell our house as quickly as we did. I felt like you were in control of the transaction the entire way and we didnt have to worry about things not progressing when they needed to. Additionally, you were very helpful in finding us a new property even though it wasnt in the area you typically work. Being able to make both transactions only using one realtor was extremely convenient. One suggestion I do have is to evaluate other title companies. The one we used seemed to be very disorganized and didnt do a good job communicating some of the challenges they were experiencing. This caused the delay in our closing process and some unnecessary challenges in our move.

It was amazing how you knew almost every house on our street and all the stats. We appreciate all the effort you put into getting all the inspection repairs done for us while we had already moved to San Diego. I was so afraid that we would have to move before the house sold. Youre pretty good on those open houses.
