Sherry Dean Daminski was the broker in this transaction. I had a horrible and life threatening experience purchasing a home through Eddie Santos and Keller Williams Realty Professionals. First Eddie Promised that he would go to the Home Inspection since I was out of state. He didn't and the home inspector breezed right through it. At the time I wanted to make a big deal about him lying to me that he will go but I was passive about it. When I took possession of the home it flooded the first night when I flushed the toilet and ran the washer machine. Eddie Continuously stated to me that he didnt think I was going to close. (maybe that was why he didnt perform or work to the standards of his contract) Later I continued to smell gas. When the gas company came they told me I was lucky to be alive, that the stove was not converted and was leaking carbon monoxide. As for closing I was promised that I would get the keys with the closing paperwork but that didn't happen, which forced me to drive to Virginia to sign closing papers. I bought a $333,000 house and Eddie couldn't even show up to closing. I don't know if this is just because of discrimination because I'm a disabled Veteran. Eddie and his office have been silent since to mitigate risk. I am filing a lawsuit against him and his company for negligence, fraud, and breach of contract.
