Where to even begin...an offer 3 days after our house hit the market, putting up with our multiple visits to our now new home as we thought and overthought, even the buyer backing out and being able to pull out a new offer within days. Montalvo-Rivers team is the BEST!!!!! My husband and I work opposite shifts and have two little ones. They made this entire process of selling and buying a home, easy!!! Amanda Leffler We cant say enough good things about Sherry and Mikayla. We did a long distance move, and had a house to sell as well and they made sure everyone involved was on the same page so we were able to close in time for my husband to start work. It was hard being so far away from our new house but they made everything as easy as possible and soothed our many fears and doubts and even helped us unload our moving trucks and took care of our dinner the first night.
