Sheryl takes all the stress out of buying your home. She helped me negotiate and also helped me think of things that I needed to cover lube my home warranty. She's a wealth of knowledge in the real estate world.

Prior to working with Sheryl, we had worked with a number of realtors that did not fit what our needs were. When my husband told me that he found another realtor for us to meet with I wasn't too happy, but after meeting Sheryl it turned out to be one of the best decisions he's ever made. From our first meeting she was genuinely interested in finding us the right house that met our budget and our needs for our family. She was always available for questions and knew the answer to just about every question we had. Being first time home buyers, the contract process was a little daunting but once again she addressed any concerns we had and walked us through to a successful close. We love our knew home and couldn't be happier to have worked with Sheryl. While we hope to be in our home for a good number of years, we would be quick to reach out to her if the time came to sell and find a new home.

Sheryl was phenomenal in helping me build my custom house. She not only introduced me to the builder we chose to build, but she helped in all aspects of closing and even with refering people for minor upgrades and additions to the house.
