I have worked with Shida on several occasions. Most recently, she helped me sell a condo in Pasadena. While the location was ideal, the unit had some flaws and another unit in the building had just sold for less than its value. The outlook was not good. BUT because of Shida's expertise in the market and strategic plan, she brought in multiple offers and eventually helped us sell above asking!

Shida is a superb realtor with a great deal of experience in and knowledge about the San Gabriel Valley. Over multiple years, she has helped me and my family as we've searched for condos and homes near Old Town Pasadena and the South Lake district. She is very familiar with the Pasadena neighborhoods as well as with the individual buildings and developments in the area. She has a good eye for exceptional properties that come on the market. Anytime I have questions about real estate, she is the first person I call. She is extremely helpful and gregarious and always finds the answers for me. I recommend her very highly.
