Sidnev Muldrow

Sid helped us with the purchase of our new townhouse and did an outstanding job of working with us and the seller to negotiate a great deal for us. She is extremely responsive, knows the market and Simone that I will use again.

Sid was professional, timely, and on top of the transaction at every point of the process. Recommend her highly.

Sidnev is hands down one of the best real estate agents in San Diego. After working with some of her competition in the beginning of our home search we began to get extremely frustrated and deterred at the thought of this entire process. We lost all motivation after having to part ways with our original realtor in this highly competitive market. After one meeting with Sidnev we quickly knew she was the only one to get this job done! Within weeks we found our perfect first house and before we knew it we closed escrow and were handed the keys! With being first time home buyers we had many questions and concerns along the way. She was attentive, informative and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Can't wait to send her any friend looking to buy a house!!

Sid was great to work with and was truly helpful when it came time to negotiate terms. She was responsive, kept us up to date and was always professional. My only wish was that we met her sooner so she could have helped us with the sale and of our house. She is amazing!!!
