Silvana made the buying process very easy for us. She was very patient with us. she had a tremendous knowledge of the areas we were interested in showed us only the houses that fit our particular criteria. Silvana made the house buying experience enjoyable.

I alerted the real estate agent to the fact that my mother was not capable of living on her own, both physically and mentally. The agent told me she understood and would not work with her. I told her that the nurses at the Assisted Living that my mom was in told me the best way to handle my mom was to put her off, and the agent seemed fine with this. However, I was completely blindsided a bit later when my mother informed me that the agent found her a condo and she was moving in at the end of the month. It turns out that this agent did not have the decency to call me to let me know that she had changed her mind because my mother sounded fine on the phone (how often do people move out of assisted living and onto their own?!) and that maybe I didn't get along with my mother (yet I was trying to keep her near me to take care of her rather than have her get as far away from me as possible???). So when my mom informed me of this, I left frantic messages on the agent's cell and office phones and managed to get a call back from another realtor who I was able to email THE NEXT DAY and I found out what happened. I was up all night over this, and the initial agent CALLED MY MOTHER the night I left a message for her but never returned MY call! I emailed the phone number of my mother's care team and will be able to provide her with paperwork, which she could have asked me about instead of ignoring me. My mother was ready to take her retirement savings out to buy this condo, money that she needs for her care at the assisted living!
