Silvia Ragheb

I actually have experiences with Silvia Ragheb by leasing her property here in Bakersfield, CA that for last 4 years never been late on my rent payment and trying to be a good tenant but when I had to move out of the house with proper notification she accusing me of something which I have not done. For instance Silvia Ragheb accuse me of making a hole in the house to make doggie door which is ridiculous cause I did not make that doggie door it was already there before I moved in to the property. I leased from Aug 2014 to Dec 2018 just over 4 years but listing photos of the house taken 2013 shows there was doggie door in dining area. Silvia throw me the bills that can not be explained and try to take my Security Deposit money, out of almost $1,800 security deposit she pay only $500 so far, this lady try to fix her old aging house with my security deposit i have no choice but take her to the small claim court. Please Do Not Engage any Real Estate deal with this lady she is terrible. Everything I said here are true, she charged me for $340 cleaning fee for 2 tiny bedroom which has carpet which I agree to pay but rest of the bills are too much.
