Skyler started out with a broadcast search in our selected areas. We spent a day or so on those and then decided on one particular area .He made appointments promptly, was always on time, and knew a lot about the mechanics and building materials used in this climate. We were commuting in to see homes and could not afford any significant delays. No problems there. Also Skyler is very responsive and even gave us updates in mid process, just to let us know all was moving along. His team leader stepped in once when there was a schedule conflict, showing that communication within the group was very good. All paperwork was processed in a timely fashion and the closing went very well.
