Smita Sinha

Thanks Smita for everything. She is the best!! Smita took out so much of her time to show me many houses and helped me every step of the way. She is so calm and patient about everything. Because of her I have a nice house! Thanks for everything!!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Smita for helping us in finding our first home. Smita has great attention for detail and she discussed the pros and cons of every house we saw with her over a period of one year. Initially, we didn’t have much idea about the specific details to look for in a house. Smita patiently answered all our queries and educated us regarding the basics of good house selection. We would like to admire her professionalism, and great work ethics that is most critical in building trust. She always guided and encouraged us to wait rather than making hasty decision to buy the house. Overall, by looking at every house though Smita, we became more knowledgeable. With all the hard work, expertise and skills that Smita has, we highly recommend Smita to anyone who wants to buy a house.

I had the pleasure of working with Smita when I was looking for my home and she was an absolute delight to work with. As a first time home buyer, I know how difficult, complex and challenging this process is. She makes it very easy for you. From day 1, she was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Smita was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking to buy or sell another property, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!
