I recently had the most amazing experience with leasing a home for my family. Initially my goal was to buy a home, but time was of the essence and we needed to postpone buying for several months. Unfortunately, this left me in a compromised position because the home we were renting had been sold and we had just a little more than a month to find a place and move. In short Sonni Harvin was our hero!! She not only helped us find a home that met our needs, but put us on the path to home ownership with her financial experts and her vast knowledge of the current housing market. Even though this is a very busy time of the year for knowledgeable realtors like herself she was always prompt and informative in answering any questions and concerns that we had. She asked questions for us that we would not have thought to ask. I would like to add that we didn't know Sonni prior to meeting her, nor were we referred to her by someone who knew her. I would also like to add that the home we leased has a large bay window without curtains or any window dressing, Sonni offered us drapes that she had and was no longer using!!! I was speechless!
