Sophie has been excellent from the first day we meet her. We have worked with a few other realtors(not with this house) in the past and was not shown the same skill set that Sophie has. I have already recommended her to other individuals who are either ready to sell their home or looking to buy. Her response time is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, and took her time to explain to us information that we wasn't sure of what it was asking of us, and we had a lot of questions being this was our first time selling a home. She was very patience with us thru the entire process.

Sophie has been very professional in helping me find my new home. Sending me daily showings on the email was very helpful. It was great to know that at a glance I could make my choices. She always was patient with all my questions and made herself available even when she was busy. I'm glad Sophie was my agent.

Her diligence, responsiveness, patience, and thoroughness were the key reasons why we managed to remain sane throughout the process. We made multiple offers (and often for the same house). Her ability to coordinate with us and the sellers made it possible to submit competitive offers in a timely fashion, even at crazy hours. Sophie never pushed us in any direction and made sure that we were comfortable in the offers we were making and aware of the risks involved in being aggressive in this market. She provided us with several comps for each property we toured which helped tremendously in understanding what would make for a competitive offer. She also came up with strategies to make our offer more attractive without putting us at risk. This ultimately helped us get a home that we really love!We really enjoyed working with Sophie.
