It has been a genuine pleasure working with Stacey Kiernan, HR Realty.  I am from Alabama and planning to relocate to Carmel, Indiana in about 18 months. Being only marginally familiar with the area, I didn't know where to start, except to Google "TopAgentsRanked."  This was late Monday, Oct 9.  Stacey called me immediately just as she was exiting an evening meeting and we discussed my plans.  The next day she sent many valuable links and we arranged a personal visit to Carmel on Oct 27.  Stacey spent a good part of the day showing me not only Carmel but the surrounding neighborhoods of Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, and Zionsville.  She had prepared a well-organized and helpful Buyer Information Folder containing fact sheets on 6-10 properties that we were to visit as well as background info on HR Realty, her personal bio, community events and attractions, a two-page sheet identifying "Steps for Buying a Home," maps, points of contact, etc.  Additionally, we met with a builder.  More importantly, she shared much interesting and colorful information about each city.  She is one of Indiana's best ambassadors!  At the end of day I felt comfortable with the upcoming relocation and blessed to have found an outstanding and responsive realtor.  She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, well organized, experienced, and highly credentialed -- qualities that only top agents exhibit and that are truly appreciated by the client.  We accomplished much in a single day:  we cemented a professional relationship and I decided that Carmel is my city of choice. Now we are on a quest to find the right home or the right contractor and build site.  I look forward to the relocation process and feel very comfortable that Stacey will do all she can to make the move as stress-free as possible.  To coin an Aviation term:  she is above the best.  I highly and unequivocally recommend her.
