Stacie successfully closed a transaction for us that involved multiple government agencies (HUD & VA). We were able to get everything done on time and on a tight schedule. All required inspections were successfully completed within the HUD and VA's tight window timeframe. We came into town, signed the papers, had them recorded, and keys were able to be in our hand by the end of the same day and the movers showed up with our stuff the very next day for unloading. Couldn't have been happier with how smoothly the process went!

Stacie is the best! She originally helped to buy the house I just sold & helped me to sell it. She also helped me to buy the house I'm now living in. I never thought i would leave a good review for a realtor. I've had a number of very bad ones. Stacie totally changed that. She was responsive to all calls and emails. She not only got back to us, but replied quickly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done correctly. Stacie Kvanvig encompasses all a realtor should be.Availability, thoughtfulness, ability to listen, persistence, and a little bit of bull dog when needed.Even though my family was in Florida, we were able to communicate effectively. Thanks to the online document signing, the only thing we had to sign in person was the final closing documents. I was confident and able to make an offer on a great home without my husband seeing it prior to the offer. The house went on the market the last day of my visit to AZ, Stacie was able to convince the sellers to make it available even though showings wouldn't start until the next day.
