She arranged for and liaison-ed with all third-party vendors - Escrow Agents, Lender and Home Inspectors - on our behalf. She got us connected with a good lender, who gave us a very reasonable interest rate on our mortgage. Stacy was constantly in communication with the sellers' agent and represented our best interests before them. We also benefited from Stacy's user-friendly software that facilitated paperless transactions, and also helped us in the post-buying process - transferring utilities, updating accounts and subscriptions with our new address, forwarding mail with the USPS, and sending fun moving announcements. Stacy is a sincere, dependable and reasonable professional. With her at the helm, we didn't really have to worry about anything except for the packing and moving; she just took care of everything else. While working with her, we came to know that she has been representing clients with diverse social-ethnic backgrounds, which also reflected in her sensitive and tactful approach during our transaction. Stacy was ALWAYS reachable on the phone, and ALWAYS addressed our emails in a timely fashion. It was such a smooth sailing for us while working with Stacy Hale, and both my husband and I will be very happy to recommend her business at any given opportunity. We have now bought and sold our 3rd house with Stacy. It took us nearly two years for this last one to buy yet she was with us every step of the way. This last one is our forever home and she was able to negotiate the price down by about 15%. She also helped sell our house in less than 30 days. very quick and very smooth.
