I was very nervous about selling my home because I was afraid I would have a hard time finding a buyer. Then I met Stacy. She was absolutely amazing! She made me feel very comfortable about selling my home and was very informative about what I could expect. The house was on the market for just a couple of days before she had multiple offers and quickly was able to sell. Stacy is so friendly, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She felt more like family than our realtor. I'm so happy we were able to work with her and look forward to working with her again in the future.

I really at times, just to be honest, in the beginning didn't know her, didn't fully trust her. I was like, well, you know, she's trying to sell me a home so I don't know if this is true and things that she was telling me about the market in this area, in this community and stuff, and boy, I can tell you I found out she really did know what she was talking about and her knowledge and wisdom about the area really, really helped me, I think to get the home that I just think is perfect for me.

For 2 years I've looked for a small home in a certain place that was affordable in my price range. And because I travel and I lived out of state Stacy stuck with me worked with me and my schedule. She was instrumental in pointing out things that would need a repair that would be costly to help save me money. I just can't say enough nice things about Stacy.

Stacy understood what we were looking for. She was on top of it when myself or my husband found a listing we were interested in. She was very communicative of what, how the process was, what we were needing to do in order to put our best foot forward when we found a home that we really wanted. She just listened really, really well and I think that was, that was the one thing that impressed us the most, is her ability to just stay with us and understand our needs and be able to get us into this beautiful home.
