Stan Hillhouse

Stan helped me in finding the house that I now live in. He took me to one house that had just been remodeled that I really liked. He took me into the bedroom and said look out the bedroom window, what do you see he asked me? By looking out the bedroom window I seen that it was right by two roads that intersected each other and he pointed out that it would be a loud and noisy area with headlights coming in my bedroom all the time. We found a house that was not newly remodeled like the other one. But it had good bones and all the qualities that I was looking for. He asked me which house would you like. I said I Would like the newly remodeled house on the other lot. He said I can’t do that for you. In the end I took the house that needed remodeling and I have made it my own. Stan also helped with the selling of another house that I had. He gave excellent advice to my realtor that was in a different town. He was a new realtor and didn’t know all the loopholes. Stan gave him advice along the way. In the future I would use Stan Hillhouse again I think he is a top notch realtor. Patricia Schultheiss
