- Stanley listed and sold my home
Worst real estate transaction ever. Mr. Ho represented the seller, and did not communicate anything to her or my realtor. Mr. Ho did not send the closing documents (at all) to his client, they were reviewed by the seller during my closing (which took over 2 hours due to this). Nothing dealing with him was easy, his communication was poor throughout the entire process. I would never, ever work with him again, I don't care how much I liked the house.
