Stephanie and Tiffany are a great team. They listed my parents' home in Anaheim Hills, made helpful suggestions for staging, and promoted and advertised the listing so that the home sold the first weekend. Although that buyer backed out a few days later, they were able to arrange for another open house within a few days and another buyer made an offer shortly after. They were in frequent contact with us by phone, text and email, and it was easy to know where we were in the process at all times. Stephanie and Tiffany made the process pretty painless, while they understood the emotional stress we were feeling in having to sell our parents' home. We really appreciated their expertise and positive attitude.

My husband and I decided we wanted to buy a home early 2017 and were recommended to the Abrego team, as they assisted two other family members with their home purchases. We didn't know what we were doing so Tiffany invited us into her office to walk us through the whole process, went over an offer letter, taught us a little bit about the loan process, and even some key words that we'd be finding ourselves using during our home search. To no fault of Stephanie and Tiffany, it took us 15 months (and 16 offers!) to find our perfect home in the brutal Orange County market. We figured after a while that any agent in their right mind would be ready to drop us because of how unlucky we were - but they were determined to pull us out of our house-buying depression and into a home we loved. They persevered for us by sending us listings, they fought for us when we fell in love with homes that had multiple offers and they picked our spirits up when we lost out on listings we thought could be our dream home. Thankfully we had Stephanie and Tiffany backing us the whole time, letting us know the perfect house was out there waiting, we just had to find it. I know if we had worked with any other team, we would have given up and probably still be living in our sad apartment.A million thank you's to Tiffany and Stephanie for all the nights, weekends and holidays you gave up time with your family to work with us.

When I think of amazing service, I think of Nordstroms, Costco, Amazon, and Apple. Jeff Bezos and Steve Jobs obsessed over the Customer Experience and thats why they both own a huge share of business around the world.My experience with Tiffany and Stephanie was significantly better than my experiences with Amazon or an Apple products, both of those have glitches, but not Tiffany and Stephanie! Heres our story: (skip to the bottom if you want our concluding thoughts)As a couple we were not really in-market for a new home. We were just exploring Zillow one morning on our phones and came across a house that we wanted to see. Zillow connected us with Tiffany and Stephanie who took time out of their day, same day, to meet us at the property.We immediately felt an instant connection with the two of them because they genuinely seemed to want to help us find a home that would make us happy. The house we were looking for was way overpriced, but we wanted to move forward with the mindset that we could make changes over time, but it wasnt 100% what we were looking for.Tiffany helped us get a realistic offer in on that house. The seller had their head in the clouds (thats as nice as I can be about that). So we passed on the counter offer. From there, we found one other house that we fell in love with just from the pictures on Zillow. Again, Tiffany and Stephanie made arrangements to look at the house in just a few hours. The house was 40 years old but it had been recently remodeled and was exactly what we were looking for!Heres where Tiffany and Stephanie really shined. Once we made the decision move forward, Tiffany got laser focused on getting all of the ducks in a row so that the process would go smoothly. She found us someone to help us get the financing pushed through quickly, she jumped on the phone with an inspection company, and she negotiated with the sellers agent to get our offer in.All of that energy and effort was almost for not. Another couple had put an offer in just 3-hours before we could get our offer in!! We were so disappointed because we had all worked so hard to get everything lined up to make it happen quickly. (Part of the problem was waiting on my CPA to help us verify that I could pull the funds out of two of the companies I own).We worked with Tiffany to put a backup offer in at a lower price than originally negotiated. She reached out to the sellers agent and negotiated another $25,000 off our original offer and submitted a backup offer. Again this is where she shined because they accepted our backup offer at $25k less!After that she helped us find a few more properties, but we just werent finding anything we liked. Homes for sale were beginning to dry up as other couples were buying homes in the area. Then wouldnt you know, two weeks later, the other couple fell out of escrow and we already had our back up offer in with their acceptance!Again! Tiffany kicked it into high gear and scheduled the inspection, then showed up to the property multiple times to meet with a contractor and an Asbestos Abatement company to get us quotes to negotiate with the seller's agent to get credits for the issues the property inspector found. She also coordinated with the escrow company, mortgage broker, and the sellers agent in order to get escrow closed quickly.As an added bonus, she also tried to help us get the staging furniture that was in the property for the Open House. We also began to order new furniture from Wayfair and, of course, the furniture showed up a full day early and sat on our porch overnight before we got the keys. We had planned on meeting on a Friday morning to pick up keys with Stephanie and Tiffany, but because the furniture arrived two days early, Tiffany jumped in her car and rushed over late in the day to give us the keys so we could get the furniture off the porch!Final thoughtstogether Stephanie and Tiffany really made us feel comfortable with the process right from the beginning. From that moment on, Tiffany was very readily available and answered her phone & texts almost instantaneously! They accomplished every task in mind blowing time...even those tasks that were above and beyond (like getting us a quote on the staging furniture!). As a team they seem to have amazing sales skills and influence with other vendors, agents, and mortgage brokers because they got escrow to close with lightning speed and no hiccups!All in all, from a client experience standpoint, Stephanie and Tiffany made this exciting new chapter in our life begin with an impeccable positive start.
