Stephanie and Robert did a great job selling our house. We listed on Thursday and had two buyers by the end of the weekend. They advised us how to get the house ready and recommended staging by a professional. We did everything Stephanie and Robert recommended. Before listing, we discussed the pricing, after a careful review of local comps. They price we arrived at was spot on. Other similar houses on our street listed before ours and were still for sale long after ours sold. Those other houses started dropping their prices. While Stephanie and Robert are as professional as can be, they are also very friendly and easy to work with.

I can not say enough good things about Robert and Stephanie. My husband got in touch with them from a referral from our mortgage broker. We were thinking of listing our house and upgrading to a nicer house. They met with us at our home and we both liked them right away. They explained in detail what they could do that was above and beyond any other realtor to sell out home. They did not pressure us at all to move forward to listing unless we were comfortable in doing so. They were very responsive to any inquiries I had, getting back to me immediately. Before we contacted the Yost team we had another realtor and they were not nearly as helpful or responsive and Robert and Stephanie. I was on the fence about selling our home and I was very afraid I was wasting their time, they assured me I was not. We have decided on staying where we are at but if we do sell we will use them as our realtor. I strongly recommend them!!

Robert and Stephanie is great. They are the best in the business. Very knowledgable, professional and efficient. They sold our home very fast and sold it for our listed price. Being business owners, it's difficult to schedule appointments and meetings ahead of time. They were understanding and worked around our busy schedule.
