Stephanie Parson has my highest recommendation. I have done business with several Real Estate Agents during my career but none of these live up to the professionalism exemplified by Stephanie. I was selling a house from a distance, another state. Stephanie provided timely updates on the selling process and coordinated clear communication between all parties during the entire process. Stephanie responded quickly after completing a request for services on the Dave Ramsey site in a very professional manner, meeting with us the very same day. Her advice was helpful and she was always very responsive. Her help and suggestions for setting up the house for viewing was phenomenal as it played a key roll in finding a buyer in a very short amount of time. We found Stephanie as a ELP from Dave Ramsey. We liked her the moment we met as she sent a packet of key questions and information we could fill out in advance. Upon her first visit to our home she went through the process, answered any questions and made sure we understood our rights and responsibilities as a seller. She gave us feedback on improvements needed and not needed to get the best return. We acted upon that feedback and called her back when we were ready to list. She was able to sell our home in 5 days and above asking price. She made sure she or her assistant touched based with us during the entire process. Stephanie represented my wife and me in the purchase of our first home. I was trying to convince my wife to move from St. Louis County to St. Charles County by 94/64. I had known Stephanie through an unrelated matter, and was impressed with her forthrightness, advocacy, and shrewdness. So, naturally, I thought of her. I am happy I did.
