My wife and I recently had the good fortune of meeting and forming a relationship with Stephanie. Stephanie helped us with our relocation back to the Winston area from Raleigh. We originally were looking at homes (which she showed us many) but ultimately decided to look at land to build. She was instrumental in the purchase of our land, which was a challenge from the beginning because there were issues with the deed on the sellers part.
